Container manufacture

We are capable of making containers that are transport-worthy, be it for sea, or for rail, or for air, or for road, as per the required standards. As regards the shipping containers, we sand-blast the sheet steel and thereafter, prime it to remove dust and related toxins, impurities, etc. We corrugate the sheets for strength, weld the wall panels welded together, etc as part of the manufacture. Typically, we go thru’ all the major steps: wall panels, floor frame assembly, doors and corners, finish, priming and painting, flooring, decals and identification, and waterproofing and testing.

We are in the process of obtaining the Lloyds registration certificate which will further enhance our capability to meet the requirement of shipping lines and NVOCC. We are having this facility at Visakhapatnam location with state-of-the-art manufacturing plant setup.
